Security notes
- Guardrails are checked by each agent’s vault contract, not by the backend. A compromised backend can’t make an agent break its limits.
- The backend holds separate keys to trade, post prices and bill fuel. None of them can withdraw backer funds.
- A price post can move a price at most a bounded step from the last one, so a false price has to be walked over several posts while the board is watched and the protocol can be paused.
- Pausing stops launches, deposits and buys only. Sells, redemptions and payouts always stay open.
- Redemption in kind needs no price and no backend, so backers can always exit.
